Mechanical Design Engineer
Service & Assembly Technician
Role and Responsibility
Prepare calculations on the propose machine before completing technical drawing.
Create design in line with company procedure, regulations and client standards.
Familiar with safety design of fire prevention and explosion-proof equipment.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
Use customer or internal testers feedback and data to upgrade, improve the machine or system.
Finalize design and prepare bom list to production department.
Troubleshoot any issue that may arise and purpose suitable solutions to overcome this problem.
Ensure the job is on time according to schedule.
Work closely with senior and superior on timely manner.
Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.
Ad-hoc duties when assigned by superior.
Requirements
Obtained Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experiences in Engineering or relevant fields.
Sound knowledge of design and engineering principles and best practices.
Proficiency with engineering design program such as SolidWorks.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Team player, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attentive to detail and critically minded.
Willing to travel.

Role and Responsibility
In charge of machine assembly and machine wiring.
Troubleshoot any issue that may arise and purpose suitable solutions to overcome this problem.
Ensure the job is on time according to schedule.
Work closely with senior and superior on timely manner.
Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment.
Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.
Ability to install and service equipment at customer site.
Ad-hoc duties when assigned by superior.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or higher, Certificate in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic)
Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or relevant industry.
Able to comprehend electrical/ mechanical drawings.
Team player, interpersonal, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willing to travel, i.e., performs service job at the customer’s site.
